We’re here to help you collect art with confidence. We appreciate that buying art online can be daunting which is why we offer a (7) Seven-Day Money Back Guarantee on works purchased sight-unseen.
You can cancel your order, but only before we have sent your purchase. If you want to cancel your order, but a painting (excluding photo’s) has been already sent, you may return it within 5 days, paying transportation and operational expenses. The painting to be returned to us in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded for the artwork *(this is not applicable for commissioned artworks or photographic works).
You must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping. We will not accept returned items from customers that have been damaged in transit to the gallery due to insufficient packaging. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Acceptance of returns outside of the 7 days’ time frame will be at the discretion of Jenerie Art Gallery.

Returns process if you would like to return an item, please email us at https://jenerieartgallery.com days of receiving your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return the item as well as the collection date and address. The client to schedule a courier to collect the artwork and send us a confirmation email. Please print out this email and include it with the artwork being returned. We will refund your purchase after the gallery has received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
